How it works

A simple process with AI doing the busywork

You film. We handle everything between raw footage and ready to post. Here’s exactly what happens to your video.

RAW
The process in short

Share your footage and brief, AI creates a structured first draft, a human editor shapes the story and style, we quality-check it, you review it, and we deliver platform-ready files in every size you need.

Six steps

Follow your video through the edit

Keep scrolling: each step slides into view.

  1. Share your footage & brief

Upload raw clips, recordings or podcast files through a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar). Tell us where the video will be posted, who it’s for and what viewers should do next. Brand assets go in once and we keep them on file.

  2. AI builds the first pass

Our AI-assisted pipeline transcribes every word, removes silences and filler words, flags the strongest moments, reframes to vertical and drafts captions. Hours of groundwork become a structured draft.

  3. An editor shapes the story

An editor picks the hook, tightens the pacing, adds b-roll, motion text, music and sound effects, and applies your brand style. This is where “technically edited” becomes “worth watching”.

  4. Quality check

Before anything reaches you, the edit is checked against your brief: caption accuracy, names and product spelling, audio levels, platform safe zones and export sizes.

  5. You review & request changes

You get a private review link and leave notes directly on the video. We apply the revisions and send back the final version.

  6. Get platform-ready files

Final videos arrive in every format you need (9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9), clearly named and organised so you or your scheduler can publish right away.

AI + human

Who does what in your edit

We’re open about where AI fits in. It makes the process faster. People make it good.

AI handles

  • Transcription of every word
  • Silence & filler-word removal
  • Highlight detection across long recordings
  • Reframing horizontal footage to vertical
  • Draft captions ready for styling

Editors decide

  • The hook and the first three seconds
  • Story order and pacing
  • B-roll, music and motion text
  • Brand styling on every frame
  • Final quality check before delivery

A person signs off every video

AI never ships anything on its own. Before delivery, an editor on our team watches the full cut, checks captions word by word and confirms it matches your brief.

CHECKLIST

What to send us

  • Raw footage: the highest-quality files you have, not screen recordings.
  • Separate audio if you recorded with external mics.
  • A short brief: platform, audience, goal and must-include points.
  • Brand assets: logo, fonts, colours, intro or outro.
  • Reference videos you like, so we can match the style.
PRO TIPS

Film for better results

  • Film vertically when the main output is Reels, Shorts or TikTok.
  • Record clean audio. Viewers forgive average video, not bad sound.
  • Lead with the point: say the most interesting thing early.
  • Leave a second of space before and after each take.
  • Batch your filming for a consistent run of content.

Process FAQ

Questions about working with us

Have a workflow question we haven’t covered? Ask the team.

What do I need to send to get started?

Your raw footage or recording, a short brief (platform, audience, goal), and any brand assets such as logo, fonts and colours. If you have reference videos you like, send those too. They’re the fastest way to show us the style you want.

Which parts of the edit are done by AI and which by people?

AI handles transcription, silence and filler-word removal, highlight detection, reframing and draft captions. People handle the creative and quality decisions: the hook, story order, pacing, b-roll, music, brand styling, and the final check before delivery.

How do revisions work?

You review each draft through a private link and leave comments at specific timestamps. We make the changes and send an updated version. The number of revision rounds included is listed in your quote.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. Send us your brand guide or a few example videos and we’ll set up a style profile (caption fonts and colours, lower thirds, intro and outro, music style) that we apply to every video.

Can we set up a recurring monthly workflow?

Yes. Many teams send footage on a regular schedule and receive a consistent batch of edited videos each week or month. We agree the volume and delivery rhythm upfront so you can plan your content calendar.

Ready when you are

Ready to hand off the editing?

Send your first batch of footage and a short brief. We’ll take it from there.
